We want you to love what you ordered, but if something isn't right, let us know. We'll give you a refund or send you another color, a new size, or an entirely different style, simply pay return shipping.
Your satisfaction is our primary goal. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with any of the products you have purchased at southern-sass.com, you can return your purchase using our easy mail return process (within 30 days of your order date). If you are ordering new merchandise at the same time as a replacement, your new items will be shipped at no cost to you. We'll bill your credit card for the new merchandise and process your credit for returned merchandise as soon as we receive it.

Return Procedure
Detach the Return Paperwork included with your shipment.
Complete the Return Paperwork by circling the item(s) that you're returning and note the quantity and reason(s) for return.
All parts, pieces and printed materials must be in their original packaging with the completed Return Paperwork.
Ship item via a track-able or insured method as Southern Sass Group, LLC cannot be responsible for lost shipments. Make sure no other tracking labels are shown.
